Virgin Active Academy is a training school for fitness professions, capable of preparing students to face all the challenges of a competitive and constantly evolving market. The school is aimed both at those who are already professionals and at those who want to make fitness-related activities their profession. It also oversees employee development and growth pathways, as well as Health and Safety training.
A Virgin Active Personal Trainer is a professional who combines technical background with continuous training. We meet new Personal Trainers to introduce them to the Virgin Active world, including graduates in Sports Sciences, ISEF diploma holders, physiotherapists and all instructors holding a diploma who have proven experience in the sector.
An internship with us allows you to understand the specific features and dynamics of an organization operating in the fitness sector. Internship projects are monitored by a Fitness Manager who oversees the proper implementation of the training plan and tutoring activities. Partnerships and agreements are in place with the main Italian universities, and we take part in Career Days and Talent Recruiting events.
