Cinzia Onorati

Cinzia Onorati joined the Giorgio Furlan Yoga Academy in Rome at the age of thirteen and graduated as a yoga teacher in 2005.

A teacher of yoga for adults, pregnant women, postpartum yoga, and children's yoga, she is a Miranda Gray Moon Mother, an Assertiveness Coach, a FeetUp® Teacher Certificate, and a CSEN Expert Teacher. She is registered as a Master Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance Group Pty Ltd registries, which include: Yoga Alliance International (Italian Division); Yoga Alliance European Registry; and Yoga Alliance International (Australia and NZ Division).

Appointed as an "Inspirational Yoga for All Sizes Ambassador" by Yoga Alliance® (Italian Division) for the period 2019-2022.

Cinzia is the founder of Chandra Surya Yoga School (Rome), accredited with the Yoga Alliance® (Italian Division), Yoga Alliance European Registry, and Yoga Alliance International Registry. She is passionate and devoted to training aspiring yoga, pregnancy yoga, and children's yoga teachers.

She is the author of the books: "Yoga, the Path of Harmony and Awareness" (Upter, 2011), "The Yoga of the Angels" (Upter, 2014), and "Yoga - Life is Sacred and Divine" (Stazione Celeste 2020). She currently teaches Hatha Yoga and is a Virgin Active Exercise Experience Yoga Specialist and Academy trainer.
