Susanna Petternella

She began teaching artistic gymnastics at 15. A competitive aerobics athlete and choreographer, she hung up her gymnastics shoes after the 2000 World Championships in Los Angeles.

She has been interested in holistic disciplines for over 10 years, after a long experience as a fitness instructor. She discovered the world of yoga and Ayurveda through training in the Dainami discipline, a technique invented by Sabrina Sartori, which combines yoga, Ayurveda, Pilates, and Gyrotonics.

She later began practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa and decided to attend Giovanni Formisano's teacher training school (Yoga Alliance certification). Since then, she has attended classes with leading Italian and international teachers, constantly researching and studying to deepen her knowledge not only of the classical aspects of yoga but also how this incredible science is adapting to the contemporary Western world, without losing its roots.

She teaches Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, antigravity yoga, and Yin yoga.
Currently Specialist Exercise Experience, Live Trainer, Group Trainer and Academy Yoga trainer for Virgin Active Italia. Expert Teacher Eryt 350 senior level 2 Yoga Alliance® Italy division.
