Sabato e Domenica rimane invariato.

New weekend opening hours

Please be informed that starting from May 4, during the weekend you can enjoy an extra hour of training. Your Club will open at 8:00, while the closing time remains unchanged. Enjoy your workout!

Discover the new Sound Bath class

Starting from September 18th, come and discover the new Sound Bath class. A practice accompanied by the sound of crystal bowls, instruments capable of reproducing the vibration of the OM sound. It promotes relaxation and meditation. The practice includes only two asanas and then deep relaxation.
