Virgin Active Italia’s Head Office is in Milan and is in contact with the parent company through constant dialogue aimed at defining the guidelines and strategies used to manage the Clubs across the country.

More than 100 employees work at the head office, organized into the following departments: People Management, Sales, Marketing, Communication, Finance&Accounting, Legal, Property, H&S, Customer Service.

We want to guarantee our employees a serene, stimulating working environment, with a particular focus on training, education, welfare and flexible working policies.
