If I had to describe myself, I would say I am sunny, energetic and, above all, a lover of detail and precision, perhaps because I was born under the sign of Virgo. My passion for fitness began early, at just 6 years old, when I first set foot in a gym, also thanks to the love my mother managed to pass on to me. In 2019 I joined Virgin Active as a GRT and, with immense joy, today I am also a Live Trainer. What I care about most is definitely helping people achieve their goals, but always with a smile on their face. As I always say: "A day without a smile is a day wasted".
